Pledged Delegate Race(with 2 left in NV): Hillary - 51; Bernie - 50

We have a very close primary race.

After three states, we are as close as it can get.

Bernie has: 21 (IA), 15 (NH), and 14 (NV) for a total 50.

Hillary has: 23 (IA), 9 (NH), and 19 (NV) for a total of 51.

33 of the 35 delegates from NV have been allocated, with 2 to be allocated when the dust settles.

The candidates are essentially tied going into SC where Hillary will do well. The question is how many delegates Bernie can hang onto going into Super Tuesday. We have a long way to go and this is far, far from over.

I think it would be great if we have to go to the very last state to have a clear winner. Kalidurga Feb 2016 #7

So he'll be trailing by more, but don't worry, that's because it's mostly the south for the next states.

By March 15th, I think Kentucky will be the only former confederate state that won't have voted. People shouldn't freak out if he's way behind in the delegates then, because his worst states will all be behind him.

It's really something that Bernie is where he is against Hillary Clinton.

He's still building name recognition.

Winning states used to matter more because it affected big donor funding, especially when there were a number of candidates in the primary. But Bernie has his own funding -- us. And I don't think we're going to be giving up short of the finish line.

As time goes on, his support is going to build. She's going to look worse and worse, and spend more and more.

I hope she has a Romney 47%er moment. If it was me, I'd start hitting her for the Clinton Crime Bill and their involvement in the private prison industry. That would undercut her with black voters, and hit her on ethics and honesty as well.

Like this sort of thing:

The private speeches might do it too.
