Josh Romney admits that he and his brothers lied continually to their dad as children

which is the same thing romney said during the debate.

I just saw a clip on the Al Sharpton show of a rally held earlier today showing
Josh talking about how he and his brothers lied over and over and over
to their dad.

lying seems to be a continuous, common theme in the romney family.

i am sure the romney boys learned how to lie from their father.

look up "lying for the lord" on the internet.

it's pretty shocking stuff and explains a huge part of romney's core beliefs
and why lying comes so easily and often.

I went to Catholic boarding school and there was so much that the nuns could scold and punish you for that most of us pretty much adopted the attitude, first don't get caught and second, if you do get caught, lie about it. It was basic survival.

for kids to admit publicly that they lied continually And the fact that they have no shame to admit they big liars?

wtf kind of shit is that.

and I bet Dad is all proud of his litter for that too.

That really strikes me as super creepy.
One of the very basic things parents do for kids is tell them how lies are bad and can come back to hurt you or hurt someone else unintentionally. Most kids do fib, but there is a line and these little freaks sound like they are way over.

This is not a religion deeply rooted in honesty or compassion.

When I was 5 we went outside and watched as some body picked up our dog to take away.

It was too much 'trouble' and 'didn't fit in'.

My 14 year old brother nudged me and said "your next".

Well I knew I was always a lot of trouble and didn't fit in.

If I was in that family I would have lied my head off as a kid.

If you have been a parent, you know that kids lie to their parents. Especially in their teen years when they are trying to be independent from them. It isn't a new revelation. Don't make such a big deal out of this.

These grown sons are very active in the campaign. They're the faces in front of the crowds, lying to them, and then introducing their lying father. Nobody is attacking the grandchildren. THAT would be petty. This is about the grown men who are working for their father's campaign and attacking others with lies, including the President today.

Petty? Not even close.

to help their flip-flopping empty shell of a father become President, it's already a big deal. These aren't Lyin's little kids we're talking about here. These are adult men with families of their own, deliberately lying to the public and helping their father try to screw this country and the rest of the world. When one of his sons stands up in front of a crowd today and calls out the President as if he's a lying, disobedient child, it's a big deal.

Don't like it? Too bad. I don't like lying liars that lie.

Don't you think that's just a little fucked up? They're promoting their family based on being liars. They're selling themselves to the American people and asking for out votes by telling us they're liars. Then Ann comes out and attacks Obama for accusing Mitt of lying.

Fucked up.

accomplishment to brag about. Those boys are freeloaders with investments and help from their dad to have businesses rather than loaf around which is probably what they'd prefer to do. I can't imagine bragging on a campaign trail about lying to your dad all the time. Nothing to be proud of and it shows that they are not good examples for young people to follow.

It's an family joke but guess what? It's a ROMNEY family joke or a MORMON joke - Americans are not the Romney's and the majority of us are NOT Romney Mormons. So this is an inside joke AND it is ON us.

Lying son admits that Mitt learned not to believe the lies but the American people voting for Romney are left out of the joke so the joke is actually ON US.

Nice tell there you little shit.

At least that's what my always-reading-between-the-lines self is picking up here.
