He's talking about the Bernie revolution . . when you have the public behind you, you can't fail . . if you don't have the public behind you, you can't succeed.
Now, that's America!

You may be a little too enthusiastic.

I may have this wrong, but Bernie Sanders just lost two events, the South Carolina Primary and the Nevada caucus.

It's somewhat dubious to contend therefore that "the public is behind him."

If you look at Bernie's numbers they keep rising whereas Hillary is slowly shrinking. And over the past so many years, the people are starting to stand up to the establishment because the establishment is not doing the will of the people. It WILL be turned around. . . maybe not with Bernie but it is coming.
I hope it comes now, as the BLM people point out, we're tired of waiting.
