Nevada allows registration on the day of the caucus

Who can participate in the caucus?
Any person who is eligible to vote in the state of Nevada and will be at least 18 years old on Election Day, November 8, 2016, may participate. You must reside in the precinct in which they wish to participate, and must be registered as a Democrat — you may register or change party affiliation on caucus day.

Eligible Participants: Open to all registered Democrats. If you are not already registered but eligible to vote, you may complete a registration form and participate on the day of the caucus. If you will be 18 by November 8, 2016 and are otherwise eligible to vote, you may participate in the caucus.

As does Iowa and Minnesota. In fact, in Minnesota you can register at the polls on general election day, or any election day. That is why MN has the highest voter participation rate in the country.
Same-day registration is not a Clintonian plot. (Though Hillary does have a proposal for automatic voter registration on everyone's 18th birthday). It is what states do when they want people to vote. More people voting is good for democracy. It is not justification for elections to be overturned, and informing voters of campaign law is not a dirty trick.

We are supposed to be a party that seeks to increase voter participation rather than discourages it. The GOP are the ones that try to make voting harder.

But I think its safe to conclude that a publication that doesn't bother to do the five second google to check on NV law shouldn't be trusted on its demands to overturn a democratic election.

and believing it without bothering to do a basic fact check.

The point is same day registration is legal. However Nevada law and the political parties arrange it is a matter for them. As for those who insist elections should be overturned because they don't like the results or too many people vote, they might consider working with the GOP to keep the people they think so unfit from voting. After what I've seen advanced in this election, voter disenfranchisement wouldn't surprise me.

I think any questions raised need to be investigated. I also think all precincts in Iowa should have been verified with the high error rate in the 14 checked. Don't you agree for complete openness of the democratic process. Only bush wanted the counts stopped.

I do object to voter suppression and I am frankly disgusted by supposed Democrats complaining about same-day registration. I also find it disheartening that people don't do the most basic fact checking. This tendency to see facts as what people want to believe and not based on evidence or reality is a particularly destructive trend in American society. It is precisely that mentality that enables the GOP to deny climate change, and that attitude has now made its way into our party. Only bad can come from it.

Not me. I am complaining about letting some caucus and then supposedly register. That is wrong. All I say is register them first then go caucus. I think the allegations needs to be looked at.

You think investigation of irregularities is wrong? In iowa, they looked at 14 out of well over 1000 and found almost a 50% error rate. Do you think the rest should be verified?

The 'Not Hillary' Party didn't have a shot in Nevada even if prior registration was triggered.

Hillary was on target to win. She's been gunning for the state and blew the competition away.

Her high caliber campaign cannot misfire.

All his staffers caused him to have the highest number of votes in NH history. I think he probably just bussed the entire state of Vermont over.

Pathetic. We know that Republicans like James O'Keefe are going after the most electable Democrat, Bernie, but that doesn't mean that there's any validity to their claims.

you can register on Caucus Day. And you can do your voter registration at the Caucasus. And yes, there is a loophole in Nevada Voter Registration were a Rethug could register as a Dem and Caucus, and then register as a Republican at the Republican Caucus on Tuesday evening. Much like a open primary.

On Saturday a registered Republican could re-register as a Dem and then on Tuesday evening caucus again because the voters rolls will still list them as a registered Republican.
