We need to institute mandatory national service for everyone. Don't like shooting at people? Fine. You can join Peace Corps or Americorps, or one of the other programs will have to help build infrastructure, clean up decaying neighborhoods, etc. You spend three years learning to salute and say yessir, nomaam, and then you get free college.
