Were Dolores Huerta and Susan Sarandon observers at the Nevada caucus?
It appears Dolores Huerta is based in Bakersfield, CA and Susan Sarandon is based between NYC and Beverly Hills.
As such, am I correct that neither lady actually voted in the caucus, or is Nevada residency and voter registration not required to do so? Or are they now permanent residents of Nevada?
