No one loses, except Hillary, with a Sanders nomination...

...he's got projected wins against every Republican, he pushes for progressive policy, he doesn't back down in the face of opposition. He'll go to bat for every American citizen every day as he has for years.

With Hillary, there's a lot of risk. Her history of involvement with progressive ideals is spotty at best. She's already embraced incrementalism (which leads rightward from a negotiation standpoint). She's also more willing to be involved militarily in the world.

So...why NOT go for someone who you KNOW will fight for you?

Don't forget Hillary being a Darling of Wall St., plus her nagging email problems. nt 99th_Monkey Feb 2016 #1

3. What Sanders brings to the ticket:
Tue Feb 23, 2016, 05:11 PM
Feb 2016

A large voter turnout, which helps down ticket races.
A huge group of young enthusiastic new Democrats into the party.
A leftwing of the party calmed down after having their voices heard.
The only losers are Hillary snd DWS (who will be shown the door finally).

What Hillary brings to the ticket:
Poor turnout, and losses downticket. Additional House and Senate seats lost. Republican in the WH.
An entire generation of youth that will reject the Democratic Party.
A thoroughly pissed off left wing that will leave the party.
Losers: Hillary, DWS (sure to be fired after engineering yet more losses plus a split in the party), every downticket candidate, Democratic voters, women's issues, minority issues, economic issues, environmental issues, and on and on.

... we'll have to wait until 2018 to clear up the $#!+ that Trump/Cruz/Rubio will be making for the next two years. I don't feel the energy for Hillary that I feel for Bernie. Strangely I feel more energy coming from Trump than Hillary, even if some of it really is rent-a-crowd.

"Oh yeah, I forgot that Sanders is a far more accurate representation of what I actually support!"
