Another lousy moderator - she lets Ryan go on and on, saying nothing.

on edit: It's been pointed out that Biden has had more time - turns out I just hate listening to Ryan so much!

You can really tell Joe Biden has an excellent grasp of his job. He is such an asset to President Obama and America. I am so proud of him.
