"We do not think un-elected judges should make that decision"

Makes my head spin to think how fast those 'un-elected judges' would be urged to make those decisions if Romney gets in.

does study, learning, intelligence, debate, dedication mean for analyzing the constitution? We'll just vote on it every coupla years. Majority rules!

I caught this line when he spat it out. Does he even understand the role of the Supreme Court?
I think PoliSci 101 ought to be required for anyone being tapped as a VP candidate...too much to ask?
