The more you look at the team he's assembled of every single blowhard, hate monger, and complete idiot the Republican Party has to offer, the sicker you are going to get.

...that the First Amendment only applies to "explicitly political" speech (i.e. not artistic, scientific, or any other expression) and even that can be limited if that "explicitly political" speech is judged to be harmful to our nation. And this guy would probably be hand-picking any Romney administration SCOTUS choices...

When Joe said that, for a moment I thought it was a slip of the tongue. A minute later I realized it was no mistake...

Holy Shit! Now that's reaching down to the seventh hell for advice.

I have two thank yous to our VP tonight.

Bork should not advise anyone on anything. Sexist disgusting man. Typical that Romney has him as an adviser.

I'm a lawyer and familiar with seeing Bork's ultra-conservative writings over the years.

I was wondering if Team Obama would get around to bringing it up.

Finally someone like Joe stepped up to the plate!

Since Obama has supposedly lost some women voters to Mitt over the past week, it's important that the issue of the Supreme Court be communicated to the public, particularly women over the final month.

Women voters need to know, as Joe said, the type of Judges that will end up on the Supreme Court if Romney is there.

This website was made by a friend of mine about the dangers of a Romney Supreme Court, and it includes some information on Robert Bork:

http://romneycourt.com/

Please send it out to anyone who is having trouble deciding between Obama & Romney.

I nearly choked tonight when Biden mentioned Bork's name.

Do you think Bork sees himself inside the DOJ if Romney wins?

he's getting really bad advice, and is showing incredibly poor judgement.

Mitt Romney is just NOT presidential material.
