(26,045 posts)...that the First Amendment only applies to "explicitly political" speech (i.e. not artistic, scientific, or any other expression) and even that can be limited if that "explicitly political" speech is judged to be harmful to our nation. And this guy would probably be hand-picking any Romney administration SCOTUS choices...

I was wondering if Team Obama would get around to bringing it up.
Finally someone like Joe stepped up to the plate!
Since Obama has supposedly lost some women voters to Mitt over the past week, it's important that the issue of the Supreme Court be communicated to the public, particularly women over the final month.
Women voters need to know, as Joe said, the type of Judges that will end up on the Supreme Court if Romney is there.
