Can we stop psyching ourselves out now?

Last week's first presidential debate was found lacking by many on DU; fair enough. However, what happened after that was like that old Statler and Waldorf routine.

Statler: That was wonderful!
Waldorf: Bravo!
S: I loved it!
W: That was great!
S: Well, it was pretty good.
W: Well, It wasn't bad.
S: There were parts that weren't pretty good, though.
W: It could've been a lot better.
S: I didn't really like it.
W: It was pretty terrible.
S: It was bad.
W: It was awful!
S & W: Boo! Boo!

What I, and what many others saw, was the "defeatocrat" in action. A minor setback was blown into the motherfucking Hindenburg disaster, with some even going so far as to say that the entire Obama campaign was "imploded" and was "in free fall." To me, there was a term for this; internal vote suppression.

But now, we have had a bracing cuppa Joe. True to my prediction, he ate that smarmy little fuck Ryan alive, and shit him out as charcoal briquettes. For those of you who were so convinced that the campaign was in "free fall," can you, at the very least, at the very fucking least grab onto the net you just landed on and scurry back up here with the rest of us?

look, I k now it's the "cool kid" thing to do around here to prophecy doom and destruction, everyone wants to be Cassandra because, for some fucking reason, that's just what we do. But is it possible, just maybe, that we can turn the dial back? Just because it does to eleven doesn't mean it needs to be all the way up there, alright guys?

We're going to win this. But I hate to say it, but it's going ot be a lot fucking harder if we have to drag a lot of dead weight, doom-and-glooming Eeyores along with us.

1. The National polls - will Obama re-take the lead?

2. The Swing states - will they continue to show good numbers for Obama?

3. The Obama Campaign & DNC - will they develop a way of keep Romney/Ryan on the defensive and re-claiming Obama's large lead with women voters by exposing the truth about the abortion issue?

4. The 2nd Presidential Debate - will Obama perform much better than in the first one?

If the above things happen, then I think people will indeed stop worrying. But it will be a few days until we know whether we are out of the woods yet.

further we did out part to create "the motherfucking Hindenburg disaster"

how pathetic is that

then in all our wisdom we demanded obama should have been biden.

first, obama will mever be biden

second,.... lets see how media is responding to biden.

and this was the second debate after over a week of all of media demanding biden needed to be aggressive to obama's presidential. (see how i did that, i gave obama presidential, not weak)

Get your instincts together, folks, and stop wanting drama from Obama that accomplishes zilch. Immediately, last week, I could see, along with Al Sharpton, that he got out of Romney's way in order to finally nail that shapeshifter's ass in the next two debates based on what MR said to fifty million people. How else can he win the best two out of three. Hang tough. Be more loyal, knowing they got NUTHIN'.
