David Gregory just now on Andrea Mitchell describing Biden as constantly interrupting Ryan and claiming he, Biden, was over-the-top. Gregory needs to look in the mirror. He must be getting his oxycontin from Rush.

What they saw (or at least are trying to spin) as bullying and condescension, I saw as passion and fighting for his beliefs and for the American workers, and attempting to make Ryan be honest for once about his and Romney's positions. I thought that's what a debate was supposed to be about, passionately defending your points of view, being honest about your positions (instead of hiding them and trying to do a bait-and-switch like Romney and Ryan have done), and doing everything in your power to convince others that you have the strongest case. People want to see a fighter (at least that's what we were told after last weeks debate), so why is it a huge win for Romney to do that with a bunch of lies and position flips (flips that were later retracted by his own staff), yet when Biden fights and actually has facts on his side it's presented as a draw, or as "Biden won and controlled the debate, but he laughed, smiled, and interrupted too much, so this might backfire with swing voters, so we'll have to look for that in upcoming polls." They're looking for any little thing to call it against Biden (because they can't call it FOR Ryan) because they know Ryan got took to school in "Debating 101" by the elder statesman last night.

When Democrats are forceful and aggressive they are bullies.

When Republicans are forceful and aggressive they are manly men.

Biden did exactly what he should. He showed the nation that Democrats are not a bunch of pushovers.

Romney was the bully. He was pushing around the moderator. Biden was debating Diaper Man and did not bully the moderator.

I know they've never been for the good guys, but this cycle, particularly since the first debate, they have been completely in the tank for Romney in every conceivable way.

Bad debate performance by Obama scrutinized 1000 more times than it should have been.

Clear win for Biden in the VP debate? Oh no, it's a draw, and Joe was mean to poor wittle Paul.

The double standards are sickening and frankly it reminds me of 2003 when these cumstains on humanity were cheerleading us into war with Iraq without a hint of objectivity.

To quote the late great Sam Kinnison, I hope they slide under a gas truck and taste their own blood. The whole miserable fucking lot of them.

I'd like to see a mash up of all of the video of Christie yelling at people
and asking the question "You think Biden is rude?"

And many people in DC say (including Repubs) that Joe Biden is one of the nicest people in DC. I highly doubt anyone says that about Chris Christie.
It's called being aggressive...it shocks the MSM when Dems are as aggressive as Repubs.

Repunks think a Democrat who stands up to a repunk bully is a bully, but a rethug who bullies a Dem is a manly man?
