I'd like to see them punished for their fake VP poll, which is what Daily Kos is suggesting right now.

Daily Kos says that CNN & Candy Crowley should lose the opportunity to host the 2nd debate after fixing their VP poll the other night.

Biden helped to stop the beleeding.

At this point, though, Biden and Ryan are irrelevant. Everything is down to the next 2 debates, really the next one. If Obama turns in a repeat performance, I'd say he's close to finished. Everyone can have a bad day. But two bad days in a row is a pattern. We all saw what happened after just one poor debate. A 2nd in a row would finish him.

Just look at the #s since that first debate. Much worse than the decline Bush had after his debate with Kerry. In fact, it's worse than the slippage McCain after his campaign suspension or after Plain's CBS interview. It's probably the worst drop due to one specific event in recent Presidential history.

The good news is I think people still like Obama wand are willing to give him a 2nd chance. If he comes out on Tuesday and delivers he's right back in this and another strong performance in the final debate would probably win it for him.

But if he doesn't show up again or has another poor performance then he and Michelle need to start taking a look at the Chicago schools again.

BTW, am I the only one who think that Bill Clinton would have destroyed Romney in that debate? And would in any debate.

It seems like Obama is the worst at making his own case and defending his own record. We saw it at the convention. Clinton gave a rousing speech and Obama's was largely flat.

How come Bill is able to defend the President better than he himself can? And, we all know the Clintons are invested in this now. If Obama loses, that's a huge blow to Hillary in 2016.

Why would we Dems want to nominate the most high profile cabinet official of an administration that was rejected by the American people. By an administration whose foreign policy was rejected in favor of that of Mitt Romney's? All Romney will need to say is "look, we had this debate 4 years ago, the American people rejected the Obama-Clinton foreign policy agenda".

So, if Hillary and Bill have any hopes going forward Obama needs to win. Might even be a good idea to have Hillary resign as SecState early so she can campaign for him the next few weeks instead of remaining on the sidelines.
