A reminder - Headline editors don't write the articles, they write the headlines.

And they're often an editorial spin. The editorial frame often colors the article. And some readers go little farther than the lead headline.

Context counts.

Nor the facts, the story, the context. Sometimes I just shake my head and go whaa? Or more accurately, whoa! Rein it in.
