1. Don't watch, and phone the station(not email, phone) and make the operator connect you

you will only leave a message, not speak to someone but they do keep track

and tell them you won't watch their prime time shows in the evening because of their bias

It may not help in the short term, but in the long run it will.

BTW-having Darrell Issa reminds me that everyone needs to vote big time so we win the house back. Then let's investigate him.
