Axelrod:Expect more ‘aggressive’ Obama in debate on Tuesday

This article from "The Hill" contains a video clip of Axelrod's interview on Fox News this morning, as well as quotes offering confirmation that the president is working to amp up his attack on Romney at this Tuesday's debate:

President Obama is making “adjustments” ahead of Tuesday’s second debate against GOP challenger Mitt Romney and plans to be “aggressive” in the encounter, senior Obama campaign adviser David Axelrod said Sunday.

He said that Romney has “serially walked away from his own proposals.”

“Certainly the president is going to be willing to challenge him on it,” Axelrod said.
Axelrod on Sunday also sought to temper expectations by praising Romney’s skills, while bashing the former Massachusetts governor at the same time.

“We expect Gov. Romney will have a great debate too. He is a great salesman. That is what he did as a professional, he is very good at it,” Axelrod said.

"angry black man" or "unpresidential". If he doesn't come out strong well that already happened.

Look at how they thought Biden was so "mean." Yeah, right.

And in the town hall setting, it may not work.
