There are 16 precincts yet to report in Genesee Co, MI as of 11am est

According to the NY Times Michigan is still at 99% reporting with 16 precincts in Genesee county (Flint area).

Anyone know why it's took them so long to count the votes there?

Edit: it's 16 precincts, not 13.

Edit #2: looks like the results were last updated at 11 am, not 6pm.

But it's still a little odd that as of 11am there were 16 precincts still unaccounted for and they all were in Flint, of all places.
