How did we get here?

The fascists are on our doorstep.

There has been a Democrat in the White House for 16 of the last 24 years. And yet...

The fascists are pounding on the door.

American democracy has been a long succession of near-misses.

Hillary won four of five states tonight. And yet...

The pounding is getting louder and now the walls are starting to shake.

Pitiful is the fool who thinks that voting alone is going to get us out of this mess.

Will you sit there blankly looking at poll results or will you stand up and save this house.

The choice is ours. LONG LIVE THE REVOLUTION.

I think you are 100% correct. Since I made the switch in 1992, I've been defending Dems saying we are most DEFINITELY different than the Repubs. Fuck me if I haven't been proven 100% wrong, not because of tonight and not because Hillary is likely the nominee but how she became the nominee. I'm still holding out the slightest hope that I'm wrong but it's looking less and less likely by the minute.
