The 2008 race was used like a bludgeon all summer long by Bernie supporters to make their case as to why Bernie would eventually catch up and overtake HRC.

Now it's being used to decimate one of the few memes left for them to cling too.

I'd also add there has been a poll this week that shows HRC crushing Trump in a GE.
