a very underated aspect to this year's election are the bullying efforts by many employers.
many employers are sending their employees letters, memos, and emails in which they are telling their employees that if Obama wins they will have to "rethink" that employees status with the company.
it is sad and pathetic that business owners feel the need to bully employees and use scare tactics to get people out to vote for Romney. this form of bullying is also being used by employers as a way to make sure employees dont get vocal at all about their support for our President. i am hearing so many stories of this.
as a small business owner myself i find this kind of behavior reprehensable and unacceptable.
