Given the new GOP emphasis on voter suppression has security on electronic voting machines improved?

Just wondering, spoke yesterday with a rare creature with a Romney sticker on his Cadillac who is worried about Romney winning in Missouri. It made me feel good for a couple minutes.

I got a receipt after I voted. I took it to a poll worker and said this is all nice and fine, but it doesn't say WHO I voted for. For all I knew from this receipt my vote could have been switched. The man looked at me like I was crazy.

NOBODY ever thought of this?

The difference is that every one of them is suspect and if Democrats win despite Republican felony vote count manipulation, the perp could do five to twenty. I'm not sure thy want to risk that.

I know a guy who violated the contribution limit laws (among other things) in Ohio in 2004, (good buddy of Karl Rove until he was convicted), and he's still behind bars. Three of the years he did were for the illegal Bush contributions alone.
