Cher Defends Mika Brzezinski, Calls Morning Joe Team ‘Chauvinists,’ ‘Bastards’

Earlier, we shared how Morning Joe host Mika Brzezinski accused Mitt Romney of lying about how he came into possession of his “binders full of women.” Her co-host and panelists might not have agreed with her, but she does have one high profile defender: Cher. Yes, that Cher.

The singer and actress Tweeted that she’d found a strain of misogyny at play within the conversation and commended Brzezinski (and the host’s father, former Carter security adviser Zbigniew Brzezinski) for standing their ground.
