All delegates in: Bernie trails by only 228, needs only 56.5% of remaining delegates!

Great night for Bernie and for math!

He now has 1,038 pledged delegates. He needs 988 of remaining 1,747, or 56.5%.

More wins coming in next couple weeks. Big showdown in NY on April 19.

Go Bernie!

Yet if you have a good idea how concepts and calculations work, the actual numbers themselves become academic. As a mechanic, when i need a specific kind of nut or bolt. It can become pretty important for me to obtain one to complete my work.

But when everything is in place then that concept of how everything functions together comes into play, it then becomes like music, and sound is sweet when it is tuned well

It is frustrating that so many in the media work from data that hasn't been finalized.

I don't even know where you got your delegate count. Real politics shows the sum of delegates in WA at 34 between the two candidates. That's what the NYT is using as their calculation, making Hillary look further ahead than she is.

At any rate, thanks for the info. I'll assume your Bernie delegate count is correct. I could check, but I'm just out of the shower. haha.

The polls I saw this morning are not terribly encouraging, but at least we are done with the deep south.

...interesting to highlight NY where he's so far behind.

Every Hillary win in big states upcoming will put Sanders even further behind. There are only FIVE states with more than 100 delegates at stake in each left, and she's polling far ahead of Sanders in all of them, except Ca. where she's ahead 10 points or so in a state where he really needs a blowout.
