for counteracting one of the worst, most divisive smear campaigns I have ever seen.

Not only is it coming from the Rethug party, but from Hillary supporters as well.

What party is this? A party that would use race to divide us..........! Can't be Democrats.

That's why they're going against him. People are sick of their lies, they're dying a slow death no matter who gets into office.

...many - probably most - Bernie and Hillary voters share the same goals and objectives on equality, regardless of their "race" classification.

As soon as Bernie announced it was all about 'old white male' and 'only economic'. Sadly, it probably worked since coupled with this message was a virtual media blackout on the real Bernie. It took a long time before influential PoC, particularly blacks, came out for Bernie. Hopefully it's not too late.

Though now that the media is forced to cover Bernie, they make sure to use some sort of smear when doing so.

Is becoming increasingly more racist as it pigeonholes more and more blacks into a single, homogeneous, single-minded voting block and all but ignores or belittles the support Sanders is getting from people of color and other minority groups other than blacks.

It is disheartening to see a man that was arrested in the 60's fighting for civil rights and has continued that fight his whole life, a man who has fought for equal rights and reproductive rights for women his whole life (100% rating from PP and NARAL every year, since 1993), a man that has fought for union labor his whole life, being tactically, in a roundabout manner, called a bigot and a sexist and unsupportive of labor. I am must disheartened and disgusted about that more than anything else this primary season.

But when Hillary supporters do it, even black Hillary supporters (or just Bernie and his supporters haters), it's okay. The real travesty is that the very people who suffer due to the horrific injustices of racism are actually using it as a political tool for political gain, all the while trying to paint Bernie and his supporters racist.

As a woman, I certainly wouldn't play politics with women's rights just to try and benefit my candidate. Although, that's happening with Hillary supporters as well.
