#BernieOrBust or #UniteBlue

It's about toxic tribalism, it's just as bad for us as it is for them.

:big snip:

(Progressive Army)If you are a sports fan who feels obliged to support a team regardless of the quality of the product they provide, you may find yourself a long suffering fan of the New York Knicks, or Chicago Cubs. Similarly it is the perceived obligation to unconditionally ‘unite blue’ which has led to the neoliberal, corrupt, vote-suppressing, faux-GOP reality of the Democratic Party today. It is ironic that so much of the Hillary Clinton campaign itself has been about obligation; the obligation of women to avoid a “special place in hell”, the obligation of African-Americans to support Hillary because her husband played saxophone on the Arsenio Hall Show 25 years ago, and of course Hillary’s own obligations and whether they are to the millions of corporate dollars funding her or the millions of votes she intends to receive. I am not here to tell you how to use your vote, dear reader. But if Hillary Clinton leaves you worried about getting burned, perhaps it is simply time to irrevocably #FeelTheBern.

Sometimes the team is wrong, what do you do then? Are you loyal to your team or to yourself?
(rhetorical question)

As Bernie said, this is not a game.

2. This article is apparently trying to provide cover for not voting Dem in Nov. if HRC is the nominee.

I'm not sure that is a message we should be promoting on DU.

It is already going to be destroyed by the establishment's own hand anyway

Bernie is trying to stop it from happening, or at least slow it down.

We have already gone over this, I'm done repeating myself to you.

And Bernie is no more bigoted than I am, stop your lying.

Nowhere on this board OR PLANET have I EVER remotely implied Bernie Sanders is bigoted.

You know who I was referring to, dirty cheap and ugly trick by you there.

In any case, if you are concerned about the republicans, choose the more electable candidate.
