Brian Fallon walks back yesterday's HRC campaign conditions for NYC debate.

On Heiliman-Halperin show on MSNBC, HRC press spokesman played down yesterday's remarks placing a condition on whether Hillary will debate in NY, and said it's on the table, and possible.

Bernie WON that one!! With help from social media, of course.

that sort of thing but upstate hates it and California is watching. Pulling that 'tone' crap after her own strongly stated 'beliefs' from 2008 that all candidates should debate anywhere, anytime just looks self serving.

Most everyone I know in western NY strongly dislike her. And that's the nicest way I can put it.
