Chuck Grassley poll

Do you think Chuck Grassley is the anonymous source who lied about the number of FBI agents assigned to investigate Secretary Clinton's private server to the press?

1. I don't know if he came up with that bogus "147" figure. I do know that his former top aide

I see that today's talking points are about bashing the investigation itself--instead of dealing with the facts of the case.

The Clinton camp must be getting nervous.

If the WAPO retraction is correct then that would obviously make team Clinton feel better but it's still 50 full time agents. That's a huge number.

I'm no fan of Chuck Grassley. I've spoken out against him many times. He's my Senator and I can't stand him.

But tell me what he did with respect to the Clinton email scandal.

How many agents are investigating Hillary and her time as SOS?

The source of Hillary's email "problem" is her self and no one else. Keep trying to look some where else all you want at the end of the day the truth will prevail.

Washington Post Corrects Faulty Report That Nearly 150 FBI Agents Are Investigating Clinton

The Washington Post has retracted its anonymously sourced claim that 147 FBI agents are detailed to the investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server, and is now reporting that the real number is fewer than 50. Media outlets trumpeted the Post's report of the supposedly "staggering" number of FBI agents working the investigation as bad news for Clinton.

Wow, you people really love trying to turn poop into diamonds, don't you?

Is that all you have, seriously?

You write things. I respond. That's how this works.

I think it's quite hilarious that the daily focus is how many FBI agents are actually working on investigating Hillary Clinton.

Does it really matter?

So, it's around 50? That's a seriously big investigation.

And there very well could be 150 people at the FBI working on this case. With researchers, support staff, etc. You don't know. None of us do. It's kind of a moot point, isn't it?

The truth is--the FBI are closing in on her. They've publicly revealed that they will be interviewing her soon.

You guys should be nervous. They granted immunity to the guy who built her private server. Did you know that a hacker from the Ukraine broke into Blumenthal's emails and published them? This hacker's actions revealed that Hillary Clinton didn't turn over all of her work-related emails--as the FBI instructed her to do? The FBI forced Blumenthal to turn over all of his emails and they found more evidence that Clinton did not turn over many emails between she and Blumenthal. He turned them over. She didn't. They were about Libya. So right there...they've probably got her on obstruction.

That hacker was also extradited to the US.

They're talking to Clinton last---after they've pretty much pieced together the facts.

She's in deep shit.

But go on. Tell us how the number of FBI agents working on the case is what we should be focusing on.

Just admit it Hillary has not handled this issue well from the start. Unfortunately Hillary's all to often acts as if she has something to hide.

As far as folks hoping for a criminal prosecution that is their prerogative.
