- the private equity fund in South America
or why so many people (like parties in weapons deals) who Hillary approved as Secretary of State gave millions to the Clinton Foundation.

Did I miss something?

Part of the reason is they really do not have any accounting of specific substance on how a bunch of this money is spent.

(I added "Foundation" after their names) ... but they were not knocking themselves out on charitable causes for the Foundation. They were working for Hillary.
