What is Jeff Weaver planning!?

Bernie Sanders's campaign manager insisted Tuesday that the Vermont senator will win the Democratic nomination over Hillary Clinton at the party's convention this summer.

"I think what this campaign is looking for and what the senator is looking for is going into the convention and coming out with the nomination," Jeff Weaver said on CNN's "New Day."

"When we arrive at the convention, it will be an open convention, likely with neither candidate having a majority of pledged delegates," Weaver told host Chris Cuomo.

There are 4,051 pledged delegates and two candidates. The only way for neither candidate to have a majority of pledged delegates is if Hillary has 2,025, Bernie has 2,025, and one pledged delegate simply drops dead -- as do all the alternates for that state.

Either Weaver is delusional, or he's planning something sinister -- and we all know that Bernie Sanders supporters are immune from delusion.

So what is he planning, and how are we going to stop him? Should we call the FBI, maybe? Or Jack Bauer?

Obviously one of them will have a majority of pledged delegates.

But neither will have a majority through pledged delegates. Neither will have 2,383 through pledged delegates.

That is obviously what he meant.
