Why don't we have some kind of trial run before the actual election?

It looks like WI was not ready for the new voting rules.

The solution is for WI to stop electing repubs and change the law

It's not like a computer model can do this.

The real answer is that these sort of stupid laws ought to be considered unconstitutional on their face.
