"Absolutely," Clinton said. "Of course you can be a feminist and be pro-life."
Clinton was on the show during a day of campaigning in New York, ahead of the state's April 19 primary. Clinton will hold a town hall in Brooklyn on Tuesday afternoon and also has an evening fundraiser scheduled.
"I just feel so happy when I am in New York," Clinton said of campaigning in the state she moved to in 2000.

Clinton was also asked about her favorite music, to which she name checked Katy Perry and Demi Lovato, two high-profile campaign supporters. She also said she listens to anything by Adele.

Hillary supporters can you explain when anti-choice is part of feminism? Thanks.

(57,349 posts)If you don't want to have an abortion yourself but don't want to force others to give birth then you can call yourself a feminist.

(32,731 posts)would handle an unwanted pregnancy, not necessarily the types who impose their beliefs on other women. And yes, that would make them pro-choice.
Regardless, feminist is a very broad term. It's rare that you'd find a woman who meets every (subjective) criteria or stereotype of what it means to be one. Is a stay at home mom a feminist? Is a woman a feminist if she takes her husband's last name? Or if she expects her man to open doors for her?
Let's not start this shit again. First, Bernie supporters claim to be the progressive gatekeepers, now y'all want to be the gatekeepers of feminism. Give it a rest. Seriously.
