I know there are a lot of hunting enthusiasts in Pennsylvania. I just don't know how Pennsylvania Democrats come down on gun control.
Camp Hillary has been trying to make gun control a central part of their campaign against Bernie in New York. But could they be losing votes in Pennsylvania as a result?

The guns used in sandy hook were legally obtained.
Did the elected officials in CT try to ban guns before Sandy Hook?

(52,166 posts)you could have found that out by merely doing one, count it one, google search. He spoke about this issue in the state of the state address in 2013 (Jan).

More guns are not the answer to gun violence When it comes to preventing future acts of violence in our schools, let me say this: more guns are not the answer. Freedom is not a handgun on the hip of every teacher, and security should not mean a guard posted outside every classroom.
More guns are not the answer to gun violence As long as weapons continue to travel up and down I-95, what is available for sale in Florida or Virginia can have devastating consequences here in Connecticut.

again just one search would have saved you from implying that Malloy is a big fat hypocrite.

(11,992 posts)it would seem like she'd be stuck. If she says no, she's basically agreeing with Bernie that not all areas need the same level of gun control laws, and then you're down to minor differences of detail. If she says yes, she loses all the gun-owners.

(3,655 posts)Bernie should throw it in her face:
Q: But do you still favor licensing and registration of handguns?
A: What I favor is what works in NY. We have one set of rules in NYC and a totally different set of rules in the rest of the state. What might work in NYC is certainly not going to work in Montana. So, for the federal government to be having any kind of blanket rules that theyre going to try to impose, I think doesnt make sense.
