Did Hillary say Bernie isn't qualified?

When I listened to Morning Coffee this morning I heard her say exactly that.

This evening, when the interview was repeated several times, I realized that, no, she hadn't said that. She had said some other stuff -- that maybe implied -- or maybe not -- Damn, I was wrong.

She's GOOD. She's artful. She's devious and calculating and very articulate.

But everybody knows that. And that's a major reason many Democrats would prefer another nominee. (My wife, for example, who describes herself as a knee-jerk liberal.)

How smart is it, REALLY, to reinforce the impression of Hillary as an artful, articulate, and devious politician?
