Why is Bill Clinton ranked #15 with 185k tweets?

He should be in the #2 slot.

That fake apology definitely didn't help.

This is the same thing that happened when #WhichHillary took off.

It must be nice to be friends with the CEO.

It might be nice to know how they come up with that trending list though. I wonder if people edit it or just robots? I mean computer automated or actual editors.

among new tweeters. it does not help when the same people tweet or retweet, it is all about an acceleration in the literal spread of a new hashtag. when it peaks, it is over.
