especially when we take into account that the polls have consistently underrated Sanders' results by about 10 %.

I don't think enough Democratic strongholds have voted yet, the only trend is Hillary won the Republican South, but also Democratic cities, and Bernie wins the Republican suburbs. I don't see how one can make any generalizations beyond that?

Bill Clinton came in 4th place!! in WA back in the day. VT is Bernie's home state. Maine has a mental case teabagger Republican for a governor, but it's the one reliably blue state that he won, though in Bernie's neighborhood.

So, put things into perspective, will ya? Jesus.

The rest are swing states or red states, with the possible exception of IL, and the definite exception of MA, that one was an oversight.

I fully recognize that Sanders does poorly with red state Democrats. If you can't recognize his strength with progressives, then you are deluding yourself.

Will never vote Blue in the General. Florida might if they had an inspiring candidate to vote for.
One who fills arenas and beats anyone the Republicans put up by several points.
Hillary has a hard time getting her delegates to show up to vote.

It really doesnt matter if she wins one "patch" or another as long as we win Florida.

Bernie might have trouble there since he doesn't connect well with POC.

The guy has massive street cred on civil rights.
Any POC that voted for Hillary would vote for Bernie in the General.
Add that to the crowds of people Bernie pulls and the result would be an even bigger win for Sanders.
Hell, He performs better against EVERY Republican still running by several points over Clinton.

you have no idea what she can handle as a presidential nominee.
I know she has a team, and experience as a SENATOR and a FIRST LADY; and considering the shit that was thrown at her then.... it's gonna be way worse. She has YEARS of questionable dealings.
There will be SO many cries of "sexism" "unfair" "disrespectful"!!!! and I say that as a woman.

and do you really think that is an asset? I think it's kind of a drawback.
Sanders has worked for 35 years in government actually working WITH opposition and republicans.
yes, I did watch the Benghazi interrogations and that is NOT what I want to see for the next 4 years.
That sort of opposition will bring this country to a standstill (again).

More Green to follow.

If these states were lined up on a Primary Date timeline, Green would dominate and Blue would be deep in history.
