2. It's just one more day in which Hillary failed to go on TV and correct this filth:

I still can't believe anyone in our Party thinks that way much less that they would say it out loud. She has yet to give her explanation of how and why she said such a thing.
If she's the nominee I will never forgive this Party for doing that. This is not the 1950's. Enough is enough. Have some decency people.

8. Hillary's revisionist history of AIDS
Sat Apr 9, 2016, 07:28 PM
Apr 2016

"It may be hard for your viewers to remember how difficult it was for people to talk about HIV/AIDS back in the 1980s and because of both president and Mrs. Reagan — in particular Mrs. Reagan — we started a national conversation, when before nobody would talk about it, nobody wanted to do anything about it, and that too is something I really appreciate with her very effective low-key advocacy. It penetrated the public conscience and people began to say, hey, we have to do something about this too."

So hugely offensive. She tweeted an "apology" and has yet to do anything to actually make amends.

issuing a press release is not really adequate nor does it indicate respect. What I'd like to know is what motives she had. How could anyone who lived through those times believe that shit? How could she forget all the testimony she heard starting at the convention that nominated Bill, Reagan was damned by many speakers as she listened. So how did she come up with that crazed material? Why would she do that? What is wrong with her?

And her supporters, they all defended it, dismissed it and yet they spend days and days parsing over every word Bernie speaks. It was a ghoulish display of privilege and stinking arrogance.

Hillary needs to make it right. She did a great wrong and 'issuing' a press release is not at all the same as going on camera and dealing with it in detail. She brought the whole thing up on her own, no one asked her about that and part of her material was about how others do not recall correctly but she does. What the actual fuck?

No. My entire relationship to this Party and to the straight people in it has forever changed. Not just what she said but how her supporters laughed it off. Revolting.

sure you may find one or two hyperpartisans who defended the indefensible, but that's not representative of how people reacted.

you are projecting your internal caricature of Clinton supporters onto reality

I highly doubt there is anything Clinton could do that would assuage your animosity.

good day

Now, Hillary has a 212 delegate lead.

And there are 20 primaries to go.

He wouldn't be going to Rome if he thought New York was within reach by conventional campaigning.
