Which some are interpreting as voter fraud because it didn't benefit their candidate who does very well in caucus states where it is generally difficult for such people to attend. I didn't look into this conspiracy theory this time, so I don't know, but that's what this one is based on from what I heard.

The federal government has zero jurisdiction over this. The petition is a waste of time. It would be better to try to get people in NY, PA, CT, and MD to vote for the candidate you favor. Wyoming's primary is over. Time to look ahead, not back.

total, just over 800 Laramie County voters showed up to make their presidential preference known, and 621 people turned in surrogate ballots.

Of those in-person voters, 329 sided with Clinton and 474 were for Sanders.

Of the more than 600 surrogate ballots received, 402 went in favor of Clinton and a mere 215 went to Sanders.

infringing on peoples right to vote. For example, there were real issues in Arizona, among other places. The dem party actually fought what republicans did there but the dems were unproductive because of how outnumbered they were. Even that was blamed on Clinton at DU. These things are very important but petitions like this are designed to keep people in their "camps" and to foment more anger; not to address the serious issue.

Also, the party rules were followed as has been in effect for many years.

Wyoming is the only state that would be affected due to it being a one congressional state and having the lowest votes for Democratic President of all the states with just one congressional state.

If this had happened in Alaska which has the next highest delegates in their district it would had ended up 6 - 4. Because after 8 delegates the differences start to show up.
