I find it calming...

... a relief to see reports of Hillary's small venue visits in New York. This shows the real Hillary at her best. She really does know those places. She's happy with the prospect of helping them. I guess she's right in saying she's not a "natural politician," (although I think she does fine). But she really does show a competent, caring person that I look forward to having as President of the United States.

She's just not as good as someone like Obama. I agree that she's better off sticking to what works.

I looked at where she is today. Mount Kisco this morning for a Conversation. The $500 tickets are sold out but you can still grab some $1000 or $2700 ones. Hurry over. There's a reception and if you pay $2700 you get a picture.

Now she is holding a good one for regular people - A Conversation About Gun Violence w/Steve Israel. That's in Port Washington for an hour this afternoon. No tickets needed I don't think. But I also couldn't find anything on twitter so not sure who is going. You are right. It will probably be small. But good for her for having a conversation that doesn't appear to require big money.

Later that evening she and Steve are heading for a fundraiser reception. Unfortunately that one does require the usual $500/$1000/$2700. Oh well.

That's it for Hill today. Her people, Bill, Chelsea, etc. all have many fundraisers going on throughout the day. but Hillary is done for the day after her evening reception. She heads to Florida for so many fundraisers it would make your head spin.

But yes, those small intimate venues where people get to see the natural politician are right up her alley!

It's easy to be happy when everyone around you has paid $$$, been screened and scrubbed clean before being allowed to attend. All in perception my friend, and apparently the optics have worked to hoodwink you.

Here's another "c" to your list to describe Hillary - careless. Obama said so himself.
