Campaigns tend to end in debt. That changes the paradigm of money 'donated' by those campaigns which add to their debts....

Show the protesters and then show the host of the fundraiser, George Clooney, agreeing with Sanders and the protesters.

I felt embarrassed for her.

The local news stations like KTLA and KCAL only covered a couple scenes and the tone wasn't a good look for Sanders at all.

They only briefly showed her motorcade going by, but the camera focused in on dollar bills lying in the street with some commentary that emphasized the bizarreness of the supporters with a couple choice words. Then they showed the BS supporters dancing in the street looking absolutely unhinged, giddy and a bit manic. It really looked bad. The reporter's focus on the bizarreness of the "protest" really came through.

The protest achieved its goal, it got on local and national news, George Clooney is on record agreeing with the protesters. If they did a standard boring protest it would not have been reported on. Mission accomplished and bad look for Hilldawg

on local TV. Bad look for people in costumes laughing and dancing in the streets with such childishness.

And it's obvious a lot of people are just placating the BS people. Especially if they are camped outside your house and acting manic.

It is ongoing (literally right now) - and includes talk of the severe dislike for Clinton.

Basically it draws even more light on to the $$$ & corruption.

Clooney is able to explain the down-ticket impact if the report is thorough enough, which is good.

And I saw what Clooney said. It was a bit truncated for presentation, but I also got that it dealt with the REALITY of the situation. Clinton is the front runner in an expensive GE election, and the GOP isn't giving up squat for anyone, so you move forward with what you can do.

And Sanders is obviously using Hillary as a cash machine, himself. He can't get by a day without hating on her to raise money. That makes him the same as the rest of them.

Either way, more light on the corruption involved in the obscene amount of monies is always good.

of dollar bills made it look like what it was. Extremists having fun. The motorcade was gone in a flash, so there was no stark contrast. Just a few people acting giddy because they could be on TV.

other than the people doing it. If they want to throw money away, maybe they could spring for another international junket for the extended Sanders family and their entourage. I heard the lobster sliders on the in-flight snack menu were out of this world!

I'm glad he got a good meal and snacks on the plane...which reminds me, time to donate again.

If he were up for an acting role on this issue, I'm pretty damn sure he would want to play the role of the neighbor who handed out a thousand dollar bills to throw at the motorcade.
