(3,226 posts)I think you are confusing the Demorcatic party for the Republican Party they are the ones with winner take all states but seen as how you are supporting Hillary I can see how you might have confused the two.

Check out The Green Papers. They have the calculations and allotments defined for each state.
The Republican Party have three different ways of doing it.
