I think you are confusing the Demorcatic party for the Republican Party they are the ones with winner take all states but seen as how you are supporting Hillary I can see how you might have confused the two.

Later said they were just kidding, but the context of using it says otherwise.

9. They all have delegates for each congressional district and at large.

Delegates are apportioned at the district level based on election results and at the state level.

Check out The Green Papers. They have the calculations and allotments defined for each state.


The Republican Party have three different ways of doing it.

10. I noticed the there were states where Bernie won by 12 to 15% but got only 7 of the 14 delegates

So I was wondering if Hillary wins a few CDs with a large margin but Berrine gets smaller victories in more CDs could Berrnie end up with more Delegets or the other way around?
