The DNC is effectively another shell company for her highness

The numbers are filed and it appears that what she and her accomplice have been doing is essentially laundering money. I don't know if there's a federal statute, but it seems to me that this is basically what put Tom Delay in the Texas pokey for a long vacation.

Bernie's lawyer lays it out here. PDF

The staff thing is an old shell company trick. You own company A that provides a service to your company B. They do it to skirt income tax because company A pays you a big salary and operates at a loss. In this case it's being done to skirt campaign laws.

Seems the complaint and cease and desist order request should be going to the FEC and a federal judge as well.

were in the key positions at the DNC in order to do her bidding and prevent another upstart Johnny-come-lately from taking what she believes is rightly hers.

And since she is little more than a wholly-owned subsidiary of Goldman Sachs, she's basically handed the party over to the very people screwed the goddamn economic pooch 8 years ago. And the HRC minions can't understand why millions of progressives REFUSE to bow down and submit to her royal corruptness...

there's roughly analogous dealing occurring with the Foundation; donations to the Foundation are "charity?!"

This attempt to circumvent campaign finance laws is outrageous. Shame on the DNC, the Hillary campaign, and the 33 state parties. I never heard of Republicans doing something like this.

did the DNC guarantee Hillary the nomination this time in exchange for supporting Barack Obama? Think of everything we've been told about demographics of the Democratic party, the party could not have come out for Clinton like it has now without alienating part of it's base - no other Democrat save Sanders has come out against Clinton this cycle, oh Biden toyed with it but dropped it like a rotten potato pretty quickly

If such a deal was struck and can be proven, then people should go to jail.

Ask Bogoyavitch or however you spell that fucks name.
