Sanders' alleging Hillary and DNC violating campaign finance laws - true?

Nah. On tonight's Rachel Maddow show, Andrea Mitchell reported the results of her interviews with experts on the campaign finance laws: no violation occurred.

A false charge at the eleventh hour. Not exactly Bern's brand.
