The argument seems to be that the Court MIGHT order an Open Primary (answer: it won't), so anyone who wants to participate should vote on a provisional ballot. Be advised that when you do so, you are filling out and SIGNING an affidavit that you attest to being a Democratic voter.

that NY won't and can't jail them all. Going after the lot of them for those $5K fines each however is very different. I can easily see them enforcing that.

It's about time - yes, over-due, but about time we questions how we got there.

If you weren't concerned, you wouldn't have posted. So, it shouldn't be any skin off the collected nose of democracy.
