Now that the affadavit ballot ruling has come through, the media needs to do the right thing...

That is, do NOT broadcast results or make any projections for NY, if voting hours are extended, until ALL everyone waiting in line has had the chance to cast their ballots.

Additionally, the New York state elections officials should withhold any release of partial results until everyone in line has been able to vote.

No hypocrisy in saying that.

Results should never be released within a state as long as people are still voting in that state.

Simple fair play.

The State of Arizona should also be sued for every aspect of how it handled that primary.

They were posting really bad numbers and no one was calling them out on it. They were posting in a count of districts that started to count in one area or something, nothing to do with the actual count. They had it at 70% while everyone else had it at .7% or something.

If the hours are extended, it will be because(as was the case in Arizona)the process was flawed, not because anyone showed up to vote too late.

This is a systemic issue.

coronation? Bernie should know his place, and bow down before her majesty. He's forcing her to pretend to care about such trifles as minimum wage. It doesn't matter whether she claims $12 / hr or $15 / hr. Both will go into the dustbin, once we have the coronation. She knows our imperial system can only afford war. The rest of that stuff is just too hard.

While it is true that Bernie was down by 330 pledged delegates @ Super Tuesday, things have changed a lot in the past month in case you haven't noticed.

And if the people's votes end up giving Bernie more delegates by the convention then the super delegates are obligated to follow the will of the people. If that doesn't happen the system is broken.

None of us (probably) remember the days when elections were tallied by hand and certified, then published via newspaper or perhaps radio-only. We're so damned impatient now we can't wait 5 minutes for anything, never mind overnight.

Would that the standard of "you'll find out when tomorrow morning's paper arrives" still held.
