Benchmark calling Clinton Win: 57 - 43 %, gain + 49 delegates

And our final margin call is now ready. At 31% Reporting, we are calling Clinton will win, 57%-43%, and will net probably +40 Delegates.

Bernie is doing extremely well in upstate NY and there's only a fraction of that vote in.

We still have 70 percent of the vote to count.

Bernie is winning some of those upstate counties, thus far--by 40, 30 percent.

Clinton overtook in Rochester, we expected that. She is killing it at the congressional district level.

Clinton may net +49 delegates because of congressional district level victories.
