http://thehill.com/blogs/ballot-box/dem-primaries/276038-sanders-predicts-ny-winAnd Bernie blew $5.6 million in NY for what? Another blowout loss that will ultimately lead to the same conclusion.

(5,524 posts)how much super-pac money was spent on behalf of Hillary? There were just as many ads on TV for both.

(10,751 posts)...with how Bernie has chosen to spend his campaign money, including the trip to Rome. Sounds like sour grapes to me, Hillary didn't get an invite.

(8,620 posts)As impressive as this is, EVEN MORE delegates are at stake in the rest of the Mid Atlantic States that vote. On 4/26. And with the polls as they are. . .

(8,352 posts)which is what they should do while running and they ask for money which is what they are supposed to do, this is somehow bad only because Sanders has done this?
This is beyond stupid.
We give to Sanders because we believe in his positions and policies. We want him to win and we expect him to try and win. If he doesn't then we don't go, oh shit, well he said he would win and didn't, time to dump the lying fuck.
Did y'all do this to Martin O'Malley? He had no chance. He had very few supporters. And yet he took campaign contributions and predicted he would win primaries that he had no chance of winning. No one beat the shit out of him or his supporters.
This is not about Sanders or us supporters. This is just that tired New Dem liberal punching. Fuck that noise.

This is just a fucking ruse with y'all. It isn't real. It is a way to dismiss, disrespect, and push your inevitability myth.
It is pathetic that so many of y'all think it can or will work.

(81,861 posts)So I'm holding him against all candidates with common sense ever. You don't predict you're going to win even if you're going to win.

And no I won't fucking apologize, because whether he said it or not, y'all are still holding him to a standard no that was never applied to other candidates.

(8,352 posts)Oh, the irony of the newbie Clinton supporter claiming Sanders is grifting. You are obviously either an operative or too young too remember that the Clintons are the King & Queen of political financial grifting.

On the other hand, NY is well organized.

Worth every penny, and if he doesnt win he still did your candidate, and the electoral conversation a giant favor--- not that I expect her more ferverent boosters here to recognize that fact.
