Compare Bernie's win of 86% in his home state, Vermont to Hillary's maybe 57 to 58% in her home state (one of her home states) of New York. She really did not do that well.
We shall see how the delegates are actually divided in the end.
Frankly, Bernie did a lot better in New York than I expected. I told my husband if he gets over 40% in New York he is really the winner.
We proceed.
No matter the math of the delegates, we in California want the opportunity to vote. We are a very liberal and diverse state (only 1/2 or maybe less than 1/2 white), and we should have the opportunity to express ourselves in this primary.
I really think it is important that Bernie continue to run until the convention. Anything can happen between now and the convention and between now and November.
Feel the Bern!
