Bernie Sanders' campaign has outspent Hillary Clinton over New York's airwaves by a 2-to-1 margin, according to ad-spending data from SMG Delta.

The Sanders campaign has spent $5.6 million on ads in the Empire State, versus $2.8 million for the Clinton campaign.

It isn't always the candidates being "influenced", not all candidates are, they know campaigns cost money, judgement.

She was up by 50 points when the campaign started and it was cut to 15 points.

As the New York Times notes, Bernie has proven that you do not have to be a corporate whore to fund a campaign--

What’s more, Mr. Sanders’s commitment to small individual contributions has put the lie to Democrats’ excuses that they, too, must play the big money game to win. This is a message too seldom heard in the party
that first championed campaign finance reform. That it’s back is long overdue, good for Democrats and good for campaigning.
