I see no reason for Sanders to drop out when donations keep coming. And I mean that in a good way.

I don't expect him to win at this point, but I might send another donation in a week or two (have done so twice). I want him to go all the way to the convention. He has done a lot of service IMO, by putting things on the table that were inconceivable before, such as:

-Socialism is not a bad word.
-Palestinians are humans.
-Universal health-care is a human right.
-No more stupid wars.
-Money in politics is a problem.
......

Rallies aside, if Sanders gets only 40% of delegates, this is a huge number of voters. It is a problem for the Democratic party, to big to ignore, much bigger than the Tea Party was for the Republicans.

I will vote for Hillary if she is the nominee, but I want her to know that she won't get a free pass from the left, and that she better fucking deliver or there will be another primary challenger in 2020 (not Sanders). That is why I support Sanders' efforts to stay in and gather as many votes as possible.

He should stay in and he should keep doing the rallies and talking
about those issues you mentioned.

He should stop the bombastic attacks against Hillary tho.
His rhetoric needs to cool down a couple of degrees.

Start drawing a line between the GOP and the Democrats.

And Hey, if he got half the remaining pledged, he'd have 47% of the total pledged. That's an achievement to be proud of and should have some influence on the party platform at the convention.

Here's one scenario that would get him another 700:

State / Dels / % of Tot Dels / Type

CT / 28 / 51% / Closed (Unaffl chg thru 4/25)
DE / 10 / 48% / Closed
MD / 38 / 40% / Closed
PA / 87 / 46% / Closed
RI / 14 / 58% / Semi-closed (No repub)
IN / 44 / 53% / Open
Guam / 3 / 43% /
WV / 17 / 57% / Semi-Closed (undecl ok)
KY / 26 / 47% / Closed
OR / 37 / 61% / Closed
VirI / 4 / 57% /
PR / 30 / 50% / Closed caucuses
CA / 239 / 50% / Semi-closed ("no party pref" ok)
MT / 13 / 62% / Open
NJ / 61 / 48% / Closed (Undecl ok)
NM / 17 / 50% / Closed
SD / 13 / 65% / Semi-open (no repubs)
ND / 12 / 67% / Open caucuses
DC / 7 / 35% / Closed

I think we can do better than this, but even if not, I want him in it to the end so we can get as many delegates for him as possible.
