Given that Trump and Clinton share the same enormous negatives, largest in our countries history, and that Bernie plays to the independent voters looking to change the system I think he has as good a chance as any third party candidate ever before.
And if he does not win at least he will have established a movement that could begin to change future elections.

He'd have to rebuild his database from scratch. And try to get on the ballot in 50 states.

He can't even win the Democratic nomination, and there's a reason for it. We are outliers. We are to the left of the Democratic Party, and certainly to the left of the country as a whole. Only people way to the left would vote for him in the General, and there aren't enough people like that. There's a lot of wishful thinking going on around here, but it's just wishful thinking.

who are so disgusted with their party, hate Hillary, and think Bernie is a good choice.
The proposal of a Bernie alternative to either the RNC or DNC is appealing and, I think, a worthy experiment.

And the better Democrats do, the further to the left the party goes. When Democrats have trouble winning, they move to the right.

Her populist rhetoric is no more authentic than the fake southern accent she came up with when she needed to fool the voters in Arkansas or the NY lingo she adopted when carpetbagging there.

But when you acknowledge that Democrats move to the right when they have trouble winning you enforce the reasons why Bernies supporters do not think she can beat Trump.
Our fears that we end up with Trump if Hillary is our candidate are well founded.

closing it's count books, Then AZ. Bill going into polling places breaking laws, etc. Hillary is so corrupt as the party is one in the same.

Why should Sanders stand for it? What will Hillary supporters feel and say when these fraudulent tactics are used against them in the general?

Then will Hillary speak up on voting rights? When she gets burned.

It's better she feel the Bern now....for the sake of the party.

It's not just about democrats, there is a bigger party now, you have forgotten. Talk about ignoring the math!

And to Clinton, a six-seven point margin, did not seal your deal. You may still not have enough going to convention. Why the hell should Bernie get out? Sanders is their for us NO ONE ELSE. Unlike hillary.

That's what this primary boils down to. The donors to Clinton's Foundation are expecting a return on the billions they donated. That includes the Saudis and other foreign countries. The 99% is going to get the shaft. The Clinton machine is so corrupt, it would make Tammany Hall blush. Is that the Democratic Party we want to support and belong to?

Whatever it is now, it has already turned its back on progressive ideals. Which is to say, it can no longer call itself a big tent.
